Financial Policy and Dental Insurance

We chose to build a patient-centered model for our practice that does not allow insurance companies to dictate the care we provide, which means that we are not contracted with most insurance carriers. Because of this, payment will be expected during the time of your visit.

You can use any PPO/ Fee for service dental plan at our office. We are Out of Network for all dental insurance companies, except Cigna Total DPPO.

Our office does, however, provide concierge billing services and we will work directly with your insurance company to file for any out of network benefits your insurance company offers, so that your insurance company may reimburse you directly according to the terms of your policy.

Most insurance plans take 2-4 weeks to mail you your check.

We are considered in-network for Cigna Total PPO Dental and will collect any co-pays you may have with them.

You are responsible for the fees charged by our office, no matter what your insurance coverage may be. Please keep us informed of any changes to your insurance plan.
