Our goal is for your first visit to be one of comfort and acknowledgement of your personal dental needs.
We will take the required time to properly diagnose your immediate dental concerns, review your past medical and dental history.
We will complete a thorough comprehensive dental evaluation, including photographs, a complete set of X-rays, joint vibration analysis of your TMJ, a thorough examination of your mouth and it’s related structures and muscles.
We will then take you on a tour of your mouth that includes how your teeth look, the way they function, the condition of your teeth and the health of your gums and bone. Together we will provide you with our recommendations for you dental health and care.

Payment is due at the time services are provided. We accept cash, check, Visa, Master Card and Discover.
If you have a dental plan, please bring your card with you.
We are a Cigna Total PPO Dentist.
If you have another dental plan, we will bill your plan carrier for you and your carrier will directly reimburse you, including Delta Dental.
We chose to build a patient-centered model for our practice that does not allow insurance companies to dictate the care we provide, which means that we are not contracted with insurance carriers. Because of this, payment will be expected during the time of your visit. Our office does, however, provide concierge billing services and will work directly with your insurance company to file for any out of network benefits your insurance company offers, so that your insurance company may reimburse you directly according to the terms of your policy. If you should need to change your appointment, we require 2 business days notice in order to avoid a cancellation fee of $185 per hour of scheduled time.
